How We Saved C.E.'s Cell Phone After it Fell in Puddle

Wow--  C.E. dropped her cell phone in a puddle of water while she was jogging.  It wouldn't work. We read online that burying the phone in a bowl of raw rice, for 24 hours, would pull out the moisture inside.  It worked.
